Fees and rebates
Initial consultation fee $125. (Allow up to 1hour)
Subsequent consultation fee $100. (30mins)
Medicare rebates through a CDM (Chronic Disease Management) plan are currently rebated at $58. (These were previously called an EPC plan).
On your appointment day, you are required to pay the entire consult fee upfront. You can choose between claiming your rebate yourself, or we can process it for your onsite. Generally your rebate should be in your account within a few days from processing.
Please inform us prior to appointment that you have an CDM/EPC plan from your doctor.

If you have private health cover with Osteopathy as an extra, we can process most claims onsite.
Some insurance members (like Medibank, Bupa, HCF and HBF members) will need to make the full payment upfront on the day of their appt. You will then need to manually process your claim yourself. This is due to issue with the hicaps terminal for these specific funds. We apologise for any inconvenience. You will be provided an electronic receipt in order so can complete the claim yourself.
Full consultation fee must be paid at time of the consultation.
No Work Cover and TAC billing clients at this time. Private billing clients only, including Medicare referrals.
